Description

The Angel Red is a harmony of two varieties. For this vintage, they have combined the power of merlot with the bloom of cabernet sauvignon. A wine that ripens only in the best vintages.
The varieties were harvested separately, the merlot macerating for 21 days and the cabernet sauvignon for 15 days. Further maturation in barriques for 25 months.

It is deep ruby in colour, drier, bolder, full-bodied, with a velvety texture, intense character, the tannins are already nicely rounded. On the palate there are black fruits, forest undergrowth and jam, with leather on the finish. Long, still very young and very good.

Recommended for red meat, more spicy dishes.
