Description

Biodynamic production.

After harvesting at the end of September, the grapes are picked into 15 kg crates and then destemmed. This is followed by approximately three weeks of maceration, during which fermentation and biological acidification are completed. The wine matures for just under a year in 600-liter and 225-liter used wooden barrels before bottling.

Golden yellow in color, with aromas of citrus and grapefruit, rich and oily on the palate, with a diverse range of herbs in the background. Long finish.
