Description

Grapes come from the vineyard over the age of 25. After about two weekly maceration, 12 monthly ripening in Slovenian oak barrels follows fermentation only with their own yeasts picked up in pre -trial.

It is gently pink. The smell of overripe citrus grass, manga, peaches. In the mouth, the wine is dry, medium body, moderate acids full of butter, elegant and mineral taste. Fresh and at the same time rich pinot gris.

Long aftertaste.
