Description

After the harvest of perfectly healthy and ripe grapes in mid-September, to preserve freshness, the wine is fermented and matured in inox tanks on fine lees until it is bottled in April.

It has a delicate lemon colour. Fresh, youthful flowers, riper on the palate, with an oily texture, pleasant acids with a long finish.
