Description

Angel white marks the high point of the Batič wine house, coming only at the best harvests and from the best vineyards.

All varieties were then aged individually on fine lees in 225l and 3500l slovenian oak barrels for 10 months.

On the palate it is drier, bolder, with a buttery texture and lovely moderate acids that balance the full body. There are also hints of herbs, cut grass, exotic fruits. Intense flavour, warm, uncompromising with a long finish.

The first Batič wines were born in the 16th century, shaped into being by the experienced hands of the monks of Batič estate in Šempas.
