Description

The wine comes from a vineyard of resistant grape varieties. Twenty different varieties resistant to fungal diseases of the vine thrive there. The grapes from the latter vineyard, which has never been sprayed, are the signature wines of Hrastov hill and Brajda

The grapes were pressed after harvesting and fermented on their own yeasts in Slovenian oak barrels on fine lees. Bottled after a year of ripening without filtration.

It is golden yellow in colour, slightly cloudy. Dry, buttery, also slightly smoky on the palate, complex, pleasant lower acids. With a very long finish.
