Description

After the harvest is completed, very fast fermentation and maturation in steel tanks on fine lees are followed by about 5 months.

Wine is a gentle lemon color, very vibrant, with a strong flower that is reminiscent of passion fruit and citrus. It is extremely fragrant sauvignon.

It is dry in the mouth and the structure is lively and slightly oiled. The character in the mouth is very varied and pronounced.

The Mon Royal estate is a family property dating back to the 19th century. It is famous for its sunny yellow colour and its beautiful views over the sun-drenched vineyards, which offer a special charm and experience.

In 2022, the estate has a new owner, the Herga family, who will take the story of tradition and commitment to viticulture forward with their love of nature and wine. Today, 21 hectares of vineyards are under cultivation.

They want to produce wines that are as natural as possible, highlighting the character of the environment and the vineyards that produce excellent grapes and presenting them through the wines.
