Description

Fermentation and maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 8 months.

The intense pure varietal aromas of sauvignon are expressed to the fore, with scents of elderflower, herbs, citrus, cut grass and grapefruit. On the nose, the wine invites you to take the first sip, suggesting freshness and juiciness. On the palate, the wine is well-rounded, with a primary aromatic character and a light acidity that harmonises beautifully with the wine.

The grapes are ripened in the famous wine-growing areas of the Štajerska region of Slovenia, more specifically in the Haloze and Srednje Slovenske gorice sub-regions. The vineyards are spread over the steep and mostly terraced slopes of the left and right banks of the river Drava. It ripens on the tops of hills up to 400 m above sea level.

The young team is constantly updated on modern technological developments in wine production and customer requirements. In the future, they aim to become the most successful producers regionally as well as globally.
