Description

After fermentation, the wine was aged partly in inox and partly in oak barrels for about one year.

It has a brilliant ruby colour. On the nose, you can identify blueberries, wild strawberries and other red berries. The touch of wood is delicate and pronounced, like the scent of roasted rum. The taste is velvety, as are the tannins in the wine, it is completely dry with a pleasant slightly lower acidity than is typical of this variety.

The grapes are ripened in the famous wine-growing areas of the Štajerska region of Slovenia, more specifically in the Haloze and Srednje Slovenske gorice sub-regions. The vineyards are spread over the steep and mostly terraced slopes of the left and right banks of the river Drava. It ripens on the tops of hills up to 400 m above sea level.

The young team is constantly updated on modern technological developments in wine production and customer requirements. In the future, they aim to become the most successful producers regionally as well as globally.
