Description

The yellow nutmeg for a blue collection is removed at full maturity, about two weeks after regular harvest, to additionally acquire at the ripe aromas and sugar.

The grapes are ripe, sweet, juicy and aromatic when harvested. The boil is done at lower temperatures to maintain an intense, clean varietal flower that resembles nutmeg grapes, sweet spices, after a year or two it begins to gently smell the mint.

The wine is semi -sweet, with a residue of sugar between 35 and 50 g/ liter, full of body, round, with oil texture and long aftertaste.
