Description

The mustateller for the blue collection is harvested at full ripeness, about two weeks after the regular harvest, to give it additional ripe aromas and sugar levels.

At harvest, the grapes are ripe, sweet, juicy and aromatic. The fermentation takes place at lower temperatures to preserve the intense, pure varietal bouquet, which is reminiscent of muscadine grapes, sweet spices and, after a year or two, a delicate minty smell, including honey.
