Description
Akord is a variety of three white varieties, produced two to three times a decade. All varieties are harvested at the same time at their full maturity. After crushing, a month of maceration follows. After 36 months of ageing in oak barrels, the wine is bottled without filtration.
It is a highly fragrant, amber-coloured wine of complex aromas with a very distinctive character. The bouquet is varied and reminiscent of ripeness, dried fruits, dried figs, honey, caramel with a hint of wood. We think that something sweet is waiting for us in the mouth, but the wine is completely dry, slightly astringent, bold in body with a long aftertaste.
