Akord

Chord is a genre of three white varieties, produced two to three times in a decade.

All varieties are at the same time tearing in their complete maturity. After the mutilation, a month of maceration follows. After 36 months of ripening in oak barrels, wine is filled into bottles without filtration.

The result is a distinctly fragrant sugar wine of complex aromas with a very distinctive character. The flower is diverse and is reminiscent of maturity, dried fruits, dried figs, honey, caramel with a touch of wood. Let us think that there is something sweet in our mouths, but the wine is completely dry, a slightly torn, bold body with a long aftertaste. Very unique wine, which is hardly found to find a couple.
