Description

The grapes are harvested at full ripeness, when they are already partially infected with noble rot. This situation occurs most often three to four times in ten years. Fermentation takes place at lower temperatures in order to preserve the royal varietal characteristics.

It is deep golden yellow in colour, oily in texture, with a pronounced and varied bouquet reminiscent of ripe peach, lime blossom, pineapple, giving way to ripe raisin and dried fruit notes. This noble wine delights the palate with a full body and a rich and complex flavour that lingers on the palate for a long time.
