Description

After the harvest of the very ripe grapes, the wine is fermented and then matured for 18 months on fine lees in 1700 l French oak barrels, after which it is bottled for a further 5 months.

It has a lemon-yellow colour and a pronounced bouquet. From yellow apples and white flowers to vanilla and buttery notes. On the palate, the wine is dry and full-bodied with an elegant texture and a beautiful harmony between acids and alcohol.
