Description

Healthy and selected grapes are fried, then left on the trope for about 14 days at temperature between 28-30 ° C. In the meantime, the wine is also completed by alcoholic fermentation.

Wine matures for 6 months in steel tanks and old wooden barrels to preserve varietal characteristics that resemble reddish forest fruits and spicy notes of black pepper.

It is dry, with plenty of vibrant acids, beautiful freshness and lower tannins. The body is easier, up to medium, depending on the year.
