Classic method.

Secondary fermentation takes 40 months.

It is a gentle salmon color with tiny, fine bubbles. The flower is varied and reveals perceptions of hay, dried spices and red fruits, bread crusts and pleasant perceptions of roasted nuts. It is very dry and lively in the mouth, where it gently develops its fullness and complexity. Matured sparkling wine with beautiful intensity of flavor to hazelnuts and butter.
