Description

The classic method.

Secondary fermentation takes place over 40 months.

It is a delicate salmon colour with fine, fine bubbles. The bouquet is varied and reveals hay, dried spices and red fruits, bread crust and pleasant roasted nut notes. It is very dry and lively on the palate, where it gently develops its fullness and complexity. A mature sparkling wine with a nice intensity of flavours of hazelnuts and butter.

Today, they process 8 hectares of their own and hired vineyards.
