Description

After a month of maceration, it is matured for three years in wooden barrels. The result is shocking to many.

It is deep amber in colour, and the bouquet is pronounced, very pure, and wonderfully varietal, which is unexpected for a wine that has been aged for several years. It is reminiscent of roses, Turkish Ratluk, with some balsamic notes and a variety of dried fruits. On the palate it is perfectly dry, bold, intense, with an oily texture and a little tannic. The varietality of the traminca runs like a red thread through all the stages of the tasting.
