Sauvignon

During the grape harvest in the vineyard, only well ripened and healthy bunches were carefully picked. The grapes were processed quickly, without aeration and with minimal mechanical stress on the grapes and must. The fermentation took place for three weeks in steel tanks at a temperature below 15ºC. After fermentation, the wine was left on fine lees for some time.

The wine has a lively fruity character with aromas of elderberries, gooseberries and green peppers. It is rich and fresh, with a multi-faceted aroma and a long pleasant aftertaste.
