Description

The grapes were produced on the positions of Litmerk, Brebrovnik and Ivanjkovci.

Because the meat of grape berries is more compact, the thrush was compressed a little longer than usual. The rest of the processing took place quickly, without ventilation and with minimal mechanical must of must. The boiling was three weeks in steel vessels at temperatures below 15ºC.

The wine has an intense nutmeg. It tastes fresh, consistent and light.

Verus was founded by three friends, Rajko Žličar, Danilo Šnajder and Božidar Grabovac.

They combined family vineyards, knowledge and work, and in spring 2007 equipped a wine cellar in the premises of the former bakery. They share a commitment to family tradition, since their parents and grandparents have been closely associated with vineyards and wine.
