Description

As the flesh of the grapes is more compact, the mashing process took a little longer than usual. The rest of the processing was carried out quickly, without aeration and with minimal mechanical stress on the must. Fermentation took place for three weeks in steel tanks at temperatures below 15ºC.

The wine has an intense muscat bouquet, also aromas of apricot, ripe pear. It is fresh on the palate, with plenty of muscat character, harmonious and light.

Verus was founded by three friends, Rajko Žličar, Danilo Šnajder and Božidar Grabovac.

They combined family vineyards, knowledge and work, and in spring 2007 equipped a wine cellar in the premises of the former bakery. They share a commitment to family tradition, since their parents and grandparents have been closely associated with vineyards and wine.
