Because of the cold weather in spring and a nice, dry and long summer, the harvest was late in the beginning of October. The healthy and beautifully ripened grapes were harvested in small 12 kg crates. The processing of the grapes was carried out quickly without aeration and with minimal mechanical stress on the grapes and must. 10% of the wine was fermented and matured on the lees in 2-3 year old barriques for three months.

On the palate fruity floral, herbal aromas of white peach. They are joined by the softness of pear, which, with its now subdued but still youthful acidity, keeps the wine incredibly long-lived. Full-bodied, rich, just the right amount of complexity, still lively and extremely elegant.
