Description

The grapes were produced on the locations of Jerusalem, Kog, Stresetine and Ivanjkovci.

Grapes' processing took place quickly without ventilation and with minimal mechanical loads of grapes and musts. The boiling was three weeks in steel vessels at temperatures below 15ºC.

The wine has a pleasant youthful character and high quality potential. The intense aroma of lime and white peach is developed, and the basil is also detected. The aromas develop well and last. The wine has lively acid and is beautifully balanced.

Verus was founded by three friends, Rajko Žličar, Danilo Šnajder and Božidar Grabovac.

They combined family vineyards, knowledge and work, and in spring 2007 equipped a wine cellar in the premises of the former bakery. They share a commitment to family tradition, since their parents and grandparents have been closely associated with vineyards and wine.

With their knowledge and precise work in the vineyard and wine cellars, they produce wines that truly express the characteristics of the variety, the year and this wine-growing environment.
