Description

Classical method, 24 months maturation on yeast.

It has a delicate pink colour, the bubbles are finer, playful and the froth is just as lively. The bouquet is more delicate, delicate and reminiscent of ripe wild strawberries, delicate spices, ripe red apple, also a little yeasty. It is quite youthful.

The palate is dry, medium-bodied, the froth in the mouth is a little more abundant but the bubbles are fine, pleasant. The acids are moderate for a sparkling wine and the flavour of fresh ripe reddish fruit mixed with notes of bread crust and yeasty notes is even more pronounced on the palate than in the bouquet.

Dveri - pax

The Dveri-Pax winery continues the more than 800-year-old Benedictine tradition of winemaking in north-eastern Slovenia. With respect for nature and tradition, and following the trends in the wine industry, they cultivate 73 hectares of their own vineyards.

The vines are cultivated in a nature-friendly way. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently separated from the stalks, and then their knowledge, experience and tradition are successfully combined with the most modern wine-making technologies.
