Description

The maceration is 6 months in clay amphoras. The wine has matured in barrique barrels for at least 18 months. Bottling after filtration. Before entering the market, the wine rested in the bottle for at least 12 months.

The wine is a dark ruby ​​red with pomegranate shades that reveal signs of long ripening. In the mouth, it is still youthful, fruit (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, cranberries, drnules), but with a serious note of not yet fully mature tannins, which provide it with longevity and acids that keep it drink. In the long aftertaste, there are a note of ripe fruit, especially plum or cherry jams with spices (pepper, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla).
