Description

After the harvest is completed, the wine is macerated for 10 days at controlled temperature with minimal extraction, without any stalks, and then matured for 2 years in 225l. oak barrels.

It is translucent ruby red in colour, the intense and fine aromas reveal hints of ripe plum, black cherry, blackberry, caramel, forest undergrowth, leather. The fruity spices are repeated on the palate, the tannins are delicate, the wine is elegant, soft, mineral and structural at the same time.
