Description

After the harvest, the wine is macerated for 3 weeks with controlled temperature and indigenous yeasts, then matured for 2 years in 225 l oak barrels.

It has a deep, ruby red colour and a dense texture. Accentuated and elegant bouquet of blackcurrant, blueberry, blackberry and mulberry, with chocolate and coffee on the finish. Intense on the palate, with youthful tannins and a long-lasting flavour.
