Chardonnay

We can say that Chardonnay is the right indicator of the area and reflects the contact of the solar Mediterranean and the Alps in the mineral direction.

Start of boiling in large tanks with natural fungi read from the same grapes. Silent boiling ends in wooden barrels (Barrique), where the wine matures for 18 months until the end on its own sediment, without flow. The bottling is never used sulfur, or any other preservative.

Bistra yellow with gold shades. Full body and very elegant. On the nose some notes of tropical fruits and the transition to spices of ripening in wood.
