Description

The wine is only in the best of the year, from the selected grapes of old vineyards.

After 30 days of maceration, each variety ripens specifically on the lees for two years in used Barrique barrels. 10% of the merlot is dried in wooden boxes. At the appropriate value of sugar, it also goes to 30 daily maceration and ripening into a barrique barrel. This is followed by typing the winemaker's taste. Full without filtration.

It is ruby ​​in color with pomegranates. We find aromas of dry plums, red berries. Due to the addition of dried merlot, the wine contains 7g. Read sugar, which is nicely complemented by pleasant acid. Ripe tannins, slightly chocolate, coffee aftertaste.

The farm covers 10 hectares and was taken over from his father Izidor in 1991 by a young farmer, Dominik Sosolič, who is the first in the family to take up viticulture professionally.

Sosolič’s cellar is home to both fresh and mature white and red wines.
