Description
Organic production.
Wine made of old istrian varieties. The grapes of the pristavski refošk and maločrn were torn in the second half of september and cipro in the first half. The mash in the tub is followed by a 5 -day maceration after which the mash is moved and flows into wooden barrels, where alcoholic fermentation and biological discharges continue. It then adds other varieties represented in this wine.
After lying on the lees, the wine is poured into a stainless steel container, where it is naturally sediment. When it reaches the appropriate grade of cleverness, it is bottled without filtration.
The flower is aromatic, slightly spicy, the color is not strongly black, as the epulon varieties do not have so many colors. It is dry, dense, fruity, felt in the mouth, phenolic maturity, lower acids.
Excellent, unique, different red Istrian wine.
