Description

A very rare classic method sparkling wine 0,375. Secondary fermentation on yeast takes place for at least 48 months.

It has a delicate golden-yellow colour, finer and more abundant bubbles... The aroma is reminiscent of white flowers and honey with a yeasty note. Dry on the palate, with stronger but nicely ripe acids.

The Frelih family’s tradition of viticulture and winemaking is more than a hundred years old. The Frelih family has always been famous for its autocthones cviček, and Josip Frelih was one of the first to bottle cviček.

The winery is located in the Dolenjska wine-growing region. The sunny location, the quality of the soil and the favourable climate are the best suited for the growth of traditional vines for the production of Cviček.

For decades, the tradition has been to grow grapes and produce wines of the best quality. In addition to Cviček, the house’s specialities are sparkling wines made according to the traditional method and wines matured in special oak barriques.
