Description

After the harvesting is completed, the maceration takes three weeks. Then part of the wine ripens in acacia, the other in oak, and the third smallest part in mulberry wooden barrel. They combine all three before bottling.

The wine is intense gold with amber shades. Aroma for dried flowers, herbs (white pepper) and honey. In the mouth, the wine is dry, balanced, bold and warm. Long departure.
