Description

After harvesting from sandy vineyards and fermentation, it matures for approximately 5 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

It has a delicate golden yellow color, and its bouquet is reminiscent of yellow fruit, peaches, and ripe apples. Light and delicate on the palate, with pleasant fresh acidity and a lovely lemony aftertaste.

The Mon Royal estate is a family property dating back to the 19th century. It is famous for its sunny yellow colour and its beautiful views over the sun-drenched vineyards, which offer a special charm and experience.

In 2022, the estate has a new owner, the Herga family, who will take the story of tradition and commitment to viticulture forward with their love of nature and wine. Today, 21 hectares of vineyards are under cultivation.

They want to produce wines that are as natural as possible, highlighting the character of the environment and the vineyards that produce excellent grapes and presenting them through the wines.
