Description

After the grapes have been racked, the must is destemmed. The fermentation of the must takes place in an inox vessel at a temperature of between 14 °C and 16 °C. The wine is then matured for approximately one year in an inox container on fine lees.

It has a delicate onion colour. The bouquet shows tropical fruit (pineapple), reflecting the mild climate. The flavour is rich and full, reminiscent of ripe pear, cinnamon and citrus peel. The sweetness of the ethanol and higher alcohols gives us a feeling of silkiness.
