Description

Grapes for Mihael red comes from their best vineyards and only with the best harvests. After the fermentation is completed, each variety matures separately in 500L. oak barrels for at least 24 months.

Minerals and tons of Goriška Brda soil are detected in the wine of rich taste. Merlot, cabernet Sauvignon and pinot noir make up a third wine.

Deep rubin -colored, flower distinctly spicy on red pepper, black pepper. It is dry, medium body, moderate acids in the mouth and with a beautiful measure of ripe tannins.
