Description

After a controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, the wine is aged in oak barrels for about 12 months.

It is a full-bodied and aromatic wine, with a clear varietal character, a richly refined structure and wonderful aromas of gooseberry, citrus, white currant, freshly cut grass and delicate spicy notes. Typical sauvignon.
