Description

After a controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels at low temperatures, the wine is aged in oak barrels alone for a further 8 months.

It is full-bodied, intensely aromatic, with a distinctive varietal character and a complex palate intertwining aromas of white flowers, herbal notes, citrus and spices. Freshness, spiciness and intense character are its strengths.
