The gray pinot is full of body, with a distinctive varietal character, in which the beautiful aromas of ripe apples, peaches and pepper and spicy notes are multilayered.

Thanks to the process of ripening in oak barrels, the wine is full of taste, a complex character, with aromas of ripe yellow fruits, vanilla, roasted notes and a pleasant long aftertaste.
