Description

After a controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels at low temperatures, the wine is aged in oak barrels only for a further 6 months.

It is a full-bodied wine with a distinctive varietal character, intertwining wonderful aromas of ripe apples and peaches with peppery and spicy notes, and a hint of vanilla for a pleasant long aftertaste. Thanks to its ageing in oak barrels, the wine has a rich and complex flavour.
