Description

The grapes for this chardonnay also come from a separate older vineyard.

The harvest took place at the end of September, and the perfectly healthy and almost over-ripe grapes were matured for 10 months after vinification in 500l oak barrels.

It is full-bodied with subtle aromas of peach, melon, ripe yellow fruits and notes of ripe oak with a hint of vanilla.
