After the harvesting of the very ripe grapes, 7 day maceration is followed by an uncontent temperature. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are done in old wooden barrels, where it matures after one year on fine lees. This is followed by a flow to the inox vessels, where natural sedimentation wine clears, followed by bottling without filtering. Minimum use of sulfur.

The ripe cherry prevails. It is soft in the mouth from start to finish. We detect the pleasant warmth of alcohol and the gentle tannins, which support well the already concrete structure of wine.

Long aftertaste.
