Description

The grapes for this wine come from specific vineyards in the Vipava Valley (near Lake Vogršček) on marl soils. After approximately 14 days of maceration, the wine ages for another 24 months in wooden barrels.

Deep ruby color, with aromas of blackberries, ripe plums, and a hint of smoke. Very dry on the palate, with pleasant acidity, a full-bodied flavor, soft, ripe tannins, and a long finish.
