At harvest, a rigorous selection of the grapes was carried out, first in the vineyard and then on a sorting table in the cellar. After crushing in the cellar, a two-day cold maceration followed to bring out the aromas and give more colour. This was followed by fermentation in open containers. During the fermentation, the hat was dipped by hand 2-3 times a day. After pressing, the wine was then subjected to biological decomposition and transferred to barrique, where it matured for just under two years.

On the nose, there is a pleasant fruity bouquet of ripe strawberries, including undergrowth. The palate combines lively but gentle acidity with intense fruity aromas of raspberries and strawberries. The wine has a beautiful ruby colour.
