Description

A basic white wine from the Dobuje cellar.
A varietal, always of a fresh vintage, from younger vines. Fermentation and maturation take place only in an inox tank.
It is golden yellow in colour, has a fruity, floral aroma and, although fresh, tastes rich, with strong and ripe aromas.

The Dobuje estate is located in the heart of Brda, on the westernmost edge of Slovenia. As a country, it borders Italy, and the vineyards are intertwined with neighbouring Collio without a dividing line. The hilly landscape is bordered on one side by the Kolovrat and Sabotino ridges, and on the other by the descent towards the Soca river and the Friulian plain.

For six generations, the Dobuje estate has sought to express the harmonious coexistence of man and nature in its wines, which are produced with dedication, passion and responsibility towards people and nature.

By minimising the intervention in the wine, they want to ensure that when tasting it, one senses the harmony that binds all the elements together into a harmonious whole. It is also a reflection of precision, hard work, responsibility, dedication and a thorough knowledge of the vineyards.
