Description

After the harvest in late September, fermentation takes place, followed by 12 months of aging in 500-liter wooden barrels on fine lees.

It has a delicate amber color and a complex, fruity, slightly smoky bouquet reminiscent of white flowers and ripe apples. On the palate, it is full-bodied with an oily texture, low acidity, and mineral notes.
