Chardonnay Premium

The grapes for him come from the southwestern location, from the top of the hill and from the vineyards, the age of the vineyards of about 25 years.

After completing the harvest in mid -September, fermentation and one annual ripening in used wooden barrels follow. Special care of ripening with SUR-Lies and Battonage procedures give this wine an interesting and pleasant butter taste.

It is medium gold yellow. The smell is youthful, pleasing and inviting. The aromas are reminiscent of ripe fruits along with aromas from refining such as vanilla. In the mouth rounded with honey and butter and citrus notes. It develops pleasantly, is dry, fresh and harmonious.
