Chardonnay Premium

After the harvest is completed in mid-September, the wine is fermented and matured for one year in second-hand wooden barrels. The special care taken with the sur-lies and battonage ageing processes gives this wine an interesting and pleasant buttery flavour.

It is medium golden yellow in colour. The aromas are reminiscent of ripe fruit, together with aromas from the refinement such as vanilla. On the palate, it is rounded off with honey and buttery and citrus notes. It develops pleasantly, is dry, fresh and harmonious.
