Description

Fermentation and maturation take place in an inox barrel, also on fine lees, for about 6 months.

It is straw-yellow in colour with greenish tints. It has an attractive aroma of pistachio and white peach, with a typical zeleni sauvignon grape flavour of pistachio and a little peach. With a long aftertaste.
