Description

The grapes for it come from the western part of the hill below the village of Biljana. It receives enough sun for optimum ripeness, which is essential for Cabernet Sauvignon. Once the harvest of perfectly healthy and ripe grapes is complete, fermentation is followed by maturation in second-hand oak barrels for one year.

It is deep ruby in colour. The nose is reminiscent of forest fruits and plums, and the palate is dry, medium-bodied, with pleasant ripe tannins.
