Malvazija Orange

Grapes come from the south-west position below the village of Biljana from mostly loamy and flysches from the 30-year-old vineyard.

The harvest took place at the optimal maturity of the grapes in early October. Fermentation is done with selected yeasts, three weekly maceration in controlled temperature. At the same time, malalactic fermentation was also made. Up to bottling matures in used oak barrels.

In the glass we get crystal, golden yellow, slightly amber wine. In the mouth, it is reminiscent of citrus fruits, apricots, acacia flowers. The smell is fresh and attractive, immediately fruity can be seen. Apricots are detected, and citrus is also a honey notes. It is intense, soft, warm, elegant in the mouth.
