Chardonnay CRU Mlac

The carefully selected grapes for this wine come from the Mlac vineyard. The partially marly and loamy soil, western exposure, and the winemaker's bold ambition enable him to develop the full potential of this variety, even on a global scale.

After harvesting, the wine matures in new barrique barrels for 12 months on fine lees, with constant stirring for six months. After one year, it matures in stainless steel for approximately six months before bottling.

It has a deep golden-yellow color, an aroma of yellow and tropical fruits, and is rich, soft, mineral, and elegant on the palate. The malolactic fermentation is also beautifully executed.
