Description

Maceration and fermentation take place for 15 days with the winery's own yeasts, followed by biological fermentation, then maturation in used barriques (225L) for a year and a half.

The colour is a medium deep purple. The bouquet is somewhat restrained, beautifully varied, offering dark red fruit, floral notes, a little roasted and vanilla. On the palate it is beautifully ripe, lively, full-bodied, with a nice texture and ripe tannins.

The winery is located in the Dolenjska wine-growing region. The sunny location, the quality of the soil and the favourable climate are the best suited for the growth of traditional vines for the production of Cviček.
