Description
Organic production.
The grapes come from the southern position, and the lapper substrates. The harvest was held at the end of september at the full maturity of the grapes, almost already overlooked. The must were macerated until the end of the fermentation of about 30 days at uncontrolled temperature with native yeasts. Then the wine matured for 3.5 years in used barrique barrels. It was given without all the interventions, bottled without filtration, for the first time minimal sulfur when bottled.
It is deep purple red. The taste of black currants, ripe cherries, berries also cocoa. Due to the complete maturity of the grapes, the high extrate is nicely caught by high alcohol, nicely sleek tannins and pleasant acid. The aftertaste is very full, which lasts, very long.
