Description

The harvest of healthy and ripe grapes took place on 21 September. After stalking and mashing, a 2-day cold maceration followed. Fermentation took place in open containers. Pressing took place on 10 October. This was followed by biological clarification and, at the beginning of January, by racking into 3-5 year old barriques, where the wine matured for about 4 years.

It has a brilliant garnet-ruby colour and a pleasant fruity bouquet, which is very concentrated due to the characteristics of the vintage and the small size of the crop. Intense fruity aromas of raspberries and strawberries. The flavour combines fruitiness and sweet tannins, indicating the robustness of the vintage and its exceptional ripening potential. Smooth and harmonious.
