Description

Harvesting took place at the end of September and beginning of October. Vinification is carried out separately by variety. Macerated 1-2 days. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels from 225l to 500l. After 10 months, the best barrels are carefully selected for the Veliko white.

It is clear, golden yellow in colour, with a dense texture. The bouquet reveals ripe yellow apple, kaki, kiwi, and candied pineapple. This is followed by hints of lemon zest, honey and dried yellow flowers. Almond, butter, vanilla and a delicate hint of caramel. The palate is soft, with herbs, ripe and candied fruit, including slight tannins. It is an intense and elegant wine, full-bodied and long-lasting.
